Dr. Win Whitcomb, Remedy Partners Chief Medical Officer, was featured on a panel at the CAPG Colloquium 2016 held from September 29 through 30 in Washington, DC. CAPG is the leading U.S. trade association for and the voice of accountable physician organizations.

The theme of the colloquium was “Building Successful Value-Based Payment Models,” with an emphasis on providing tools to help attendees navigate MACRA, MIPS, and APMs and to become better prepared for alternative payment arrangements with all payers.

Dr. Whitcomb was part of the panel, “Innovative Approaches to Post-Acute Care in a Risk-Bearing World,” which addressed how experts are working together to pioneer new methods to deliver better care to patients in the post-acute setting. The panel was moderated by Manoj Mathew, MD, Founder, ACE Medical Associates and also included Tracey Moorhead, President and CEO, Visiting Nurse Associations of America and June Simmons, President and CEO, Partners in Care Foundation.
